BG Reports

I’m a sophomore journalism major at Bowling Green State University. I’m studying print journalism and I work for The BG News, the student newspaper, as the Pulse Editor. Pulse is the entertainment section of The BG News and comes out once a week.

In addition to being the Pulse editor, I also cover student government at The BG News and work as a general reporter.  I love to write and have a passion for reporting. I also enjoy reading, golfing, watching movies and hanging out with my friends in my spare time.

I’m from Tipp City, Ohio, which is a small town near Dayton. I have lived there my entire life with my parents and my sister, Devon, who is a year older than me. I love dogs, especially my dog, Abby, who is a cocker spaniel/lab mix.

When I graduate in 2014, I would like to pursue a career as a reporter and work for a newspaper or online news source.
