My name is Matt Nye and I am a junior at BGSU. I am a print journalism major, but still undecided on a minor. I am leaning towards sports management for now, but I also like history as well. I have always loved sports so i wanted to combine sports with something as a career and I thought about sportswriting. I have fell in love with it because I love being up close and being able to talk to players. I have worked for the bgnews for three years and will be covering hockey this year.
I make sure I watch sportscenter or get on espn.com at least once a day to get my sport coverage.
