6: Resume & Cover Letter
The purpose of this assignment is to help us to better understand how to represent our skills (including literacies when appropriate) in a career-specific setting. Knowing how to write a resume and cover letter are both important skills, and in writing any text we must make choices. We need to consider questions of audience, purpose, clarity, brevity, and understanding what future employers may be looking for.
