Description: America: History and Life is a comprehensive index to scholarly journal articles on the history and culture of the United States and Canada. It contains abstracts and citations for articles in over 1,700 journals published worldwide as well as citations to books and reviews.

Chronicling America

Coverage:  1880-1922

Contains:  Full Text Resources

Description:Digitized U.S. historical newspapers from 16 states.   Search and view the full text of digitized historical newspapers from the following states: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Washington. Over 250 titles dating between 1880-1922 are included, with plans to extend the archive back to 1836 by 2011.
