I absolutely love being vegan.  I have been vegan for about six months, and vegetarian for one year and four months.  I am most interested in whole foods, and my current craze is basmati brown rice…amazing!  I have tried everything from raw food, macrobiotic food, vegetarian, vegan, only eating tofu straight out of the package, (just kidding) and I have discovered that I feel the best when I am eating pure, whole foods.  Life is a process.  Food and diet will be enjoyable and easy if you just listen to how your body responds to what you use as fuel.  Thus said, living well incorporates not only food but exercise, meditation or prayer, and genuine work and play.  Enjoy every moment, and relish the food that you choose to eat!
