This Blog is not really a blog, rather it is an attempt to organize content I have captured from Wikipedia as part of my research into that site. The entries here represent all of the new pages created on wikipedia over the course of a 24 hour period from 8am EDT October 1, 2008 to 8am EDT October 2, 2008. I have categorized them based on their content and their fate – were they speedily deleted, nominated for deletion, or kept?
I have Published the content of all pages here, whether they were retained on wikipedia or not, with one exception: pages that were created with content that slandered or otherwise attacked a living person have been posted without their content, so as to avoid slandering or attacking anyone here. I have still categorized these pages by content and by deletion status.
