OhioLINK, which makes online research tools available to Bowling Green and other academic institutions statewide, has enhanced their searching and browsing capabilities for e-books in the Electronic Book Center (EBC).
Now users can:
- browse e-books by subject
- limit searches by date
- see persistent links for individual titles
- e mail e-book links and citations
BGSU has unlimited online access to thousands of scholarly, reference, and literary e-books through OhioLINK, including:
- Oxford Reference dictionaries and encyclopedias (over 175 titles, like The Concise Oxford Spanish Dictionary)
- Scholarly monographs published by the Oxford University Press (over 2,000 titles, like Fragmented France: Two Centuries of Disputed Identity)
- Reference books published by Gale (93 titles), Springer (203 titles) and Sage (39 titles)
- Tech books for current software, hardware and applications (over 10,000 titles, like The iPhone Pocket Guide)
- …and over 13,000 full text poems, plays, and prose works, including the complete works of Shakespeare and William Butler Yeats.
