To welcome all the new students, faculty and staff, and welcome back those who are returning, we will be re-filling the Free Bins EVERY DAY for the next TWO WEEKS. Get thee to the Music Library!
We’ve refilled the bins again with some new, great items. In our vinyl bin, we have mostly classical records and boxed sets (in very good condition). But there are also back issues of Billboard and Opera News magazines to dig through. Quite a few posters are still left from the last refill, so stop on by and stock up on some terrific music goods!
In lieu of the annual record sale, we are pleased to announce that the ML/SRA will periodically GIVE AWAY our excess copies of records and other interesting music-ish items! No strings! Free of charge!
Our first bin was filled this morning, and is is located by the elevators in the Music Library and Sound Recordings Archives. (Third floor of the Jerome Library) Take what you like!
Don’t forget: the last-ever Record and Book Sale will be tomorrow, December 10, 2010 from 9:30 am – 9:00 pm.
