Welcome to the Music Section of BG1000. This is a class for first year students designed specifically for music majors (plus one!). In this course we will investigate various aspects of music and society; music and its relation to other arts; artistic values, and musical careers. We will also explore opportunities and services available on the BGSU campus and in the Bowling Green environs in order to help students become successful and vital members of both communities.
