These questions were developed using Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy.  They are to be asked as part of a project for first graders involving the Primary Colors.

 

Remembering: What are the Primary Colors?

Understanding: What are special things about the Primary Colors?

Applying: Can you find each Primary Color of crayon?

Analyzing: Can you color a circle of each Primary Color in a triangle shape (like a connect-the-dots triangle)?

Evaluating: What would happen if you were to mix both red and yellow?  What would happen if you were to mix both blue and yellow? What would happen if you were to mix blue and red?

Creating: Using the Primary Colors only: mix red and yellow and color a circle of your result between the red and yellow circles.  Mix blue and yellow and color a circle of your result between the blue and yellow circles.  Mix blue and red and color a circle of your result between the blue and red circles.
