U.S. Army Cadet Command summer internship opportunities

The U.S. Army Cadet Command at Fort Knox, KY has summer internship opportunities for journalism, photojournalism, social media, broadcasting and marketing students.  We are looking for 30 motivated students to cover ROTC Cadet summer training at Fort Knox from May thru Aug.

Student’s direct supervisor for the internship is Mr. Richard Patterson, Deputy Chief of Public Affairs for Cadet Command.  Mr. Patterson has over 16 years of experience as a Public Affairs Officer for the US Army and recently retired from active duty as the former Deputy Chief of Army Public Affairs.

This is not a paid internship, however students will be reimbursed for their travel expenses to and from their home and Fort Knox.  Additionally they will receive a meal stipend to help cover costs for food.  Housing will be provided on Fort Knox at no cost to the students.   Students will be required to coordinate their travels thru the Cadet Command Public Affairs Office to ensure they will be reimbursed.

Please see attached letters outlining the program and encourage your students to apply.  If you or your students have questions concerning the internship feel free to contact me at the number or email below.
