The Toledo Business Journal is setting up interviews to find a summer and a fall intern to help produce our newspaper. This position involves copyediting press releases, retouching photos in photoshop, transcribing interviews from a recording to a document, and a few other newspaper related tasks. Much of the work can be handled electronically, but the intern will be expected to come into our office, located at 5301 Southwyck Blvd, for at least a few hours each week.
Interested students should send a resume and writing samples to editor@toledobiz.com and indicate whether they are interested in the summer or the fall (or both). Interviews will be scheduled based on student availability. We can accommodate any schedule as long as the student is available two days a week during business hours and has above average writing ability.
