Interested in joining? Our first requirement is that you are either a current or former student of BGSU. However, you do not have to be in the Arts Village to join. Also feel free to also show up to a meeting if you want to test the waters – no strings attached. We meet on Sundays in the Arts Village from 1PM-4PM.
Our setlists usually include parts for percussion, strings, woodwinds, brass, vocalists, and more. However, it’s important to note that if we do not have a part for your particular instrument, there is no need to be put off. We will work something out for you – we’ve done it before, and we’ll do it again! We’re not in the business of turning away people who want to participate (Plus, we make our own arrangements, so setting you up with us should not be an issue).
If you are not an instrumentalist or vocalist, don’t worry! You can still join GAME! Our policy is that members should be involved in at least one song. This means that you could join, become a part of stage crew and help set up for our ensemble, and be good to go! We will also accept those wanting to help out in one of our committees! So go ahead and shoot us an email – no matter what it is you do, we’d love to have you join us!
