I have been reading Groundswell and find myself enjoying section 2 chapters 4-10. I find it fascinating how business can and should utilize different tech tools such as blogs, twitter, community frm sites and other social media outlests to reach out to customers. Compnaies are creating more intimate relatiuonships with their current aND potential cutomers. It is the next best thing to face to face conversations. It has certainly changed the way marketing and advertising takes place. I look forward to continued reading aa well as creating a presentation.
