Spotlight on Children’s Magazines
We have a nice collection of quality children’s magazines available for checkout. For history and culture use Calliope for world history, Cobblestone for U.S. history, and Faces for world culture. All of these magazines have magnificent photographs, well researched articles, and hands on activities appropriate for ages 9 and up. Think beyond the textbook for nonfiction.
