Speech #1
February 3rd, 2009 by brownbHmmmmmm…How do I feel post Speech #1? …Well, to be honest I felt a little nervous prior to and during giving my speech. I’m sure most of you all felt the same. I guess I can only speak for myself when I say, I felt so much weight lifted off my shoulders once I was done. Also, a sense of relief. Even though I was nervous and anxious to be done with the first speech I truly had no clue that I had went over my time! Although I was nervous about the idea of giving the first speech, I think this definitely broke a little ice for me in terms of how I may feel about upcoming speeches.
