Course Links are used to point to tools within Blackboard; like the Discussion Board,Groups, or the other Content Areas. A common use for this is to add a link to the Discussion Board within your weekly Module that the discussion pertains to.

External Links are used to point to web resources outside of Blackboard.

Used to upload different types of course material into the Blackboard shell. You can add content through the WYSIWYG text editor or by attaching documents such as Word Documents, PDFs or PowerPoint presentations.

Folders are used to organize course content. Try breaking up your content into weekly modules or chapters to help students manage their time.
