My name is Nate Dudzik and I’m a junior from Green Bay, Wisc. I came to BGSU for the sport management program and figured that something in sports is what I wanted for my career.

During the summer of 2011, I interned with a summer collegiate baseball team known as the Green Bay Bullfrogs. I was the media relations intern that handled various duties and tasks during the season that informed the city about how our team was doing.

The internship was a big leap for me in writing game stories, press releases and running the team website. It got me more and more interested in having journalism as my minor. I’m hoping to use this internship as a spring board to help me get an internship with the Toledo Mud Hens baseball team this summer. I’m still not sure exactly what I want to pursue as a professional career, but with sports, the options are plentiful.
