On April 4-7, BGSU hosted the International Conference on Heavy Metal and Popular Culture, featuring scholars and attendees from around the world. It was organized by BGSU Popular Culture faculty member and ACS-affiliated Jeremy Wallach, and featured a performance by ACS Ph.D alumnus Matt Donahue.
